They did a very professional job and the sheet metal work they did was excellent. The crew was very friendly including the guys that put up the new gutters and downspouts. Evansen Builders replaced our roof last January. They came the day after our call during the coldest week of the year and finished the job in ten days. They removed three old layers and replaced it with a high definition asphalt shingle roof. It's beautiful. They had the lowest bid and worked on it every day from beginning to end. What I would like to rave about is the superb job your craftsmen did on custom-bending metal for the soffits, fascia, and corner boards on my house. I was anticipating just having the wood trim covered with metal to eliminate painting. But your craftsmen added creative soffit venting as well as interesting bends on the metal for the corner boards that really added value to the house. I really like how they made the metal look like it frames out my two bay windows. Your installer even took the time to add an artistic flair to the metal trim to the cupola on my roof.

I just wanted to drop you a line regarding the work that your company has done for Karen and me. With regard to the tear off, repair, reroofing, gutter replacements, and gutter guards on our house, and 2 of our rental properties, I would like to express our thanks for these projects.
When we met in our kitchen, you went through the entire job, explaining the whole project, taking time to go through the details.I was skeptical regarding the time element that you put on the 3 projects that were taken on simultaneously. But to our amazement you finished all 3 jobs on time.
All three crews were very professional, taking care not to trample vegetation around the house, and picking up throughout the project. When they finished, there was no trash at all. They were also very courteous, not swearing or blasting loud music.
When I had a couple of questions about the job the foreman would stop and discuss what and why they were doing at the time.I have referred your company to several other people because it truly is hard to find contractors that are reliable.
Again, thank you for the work well done, on time, and within budget, without the typical add-ons that seem to be part of most contractors bids.

Thank you for doing it right the first time. Your crew did a great job replacing a faulty roof that had been poorly installed by another company only 5 years ago. I wished that I had used your company the first time.
My mistake was hiring someone else that did a fast job and left gaps around the fireplace flashing that were not seen from the ground. In a few years the water damaged the underlayment and ants attacked the wet wood. The roof failed because of a manufacturing problem. What a mess! I called you because of the great work that your company had done on my window replacements and the trim and soffits. I really appreciated you helping me through the lengthy process of filing a warranty claim. Thank you for all of the extra effort that you put into correcting the serious problem that the other installers caused. As you know, my neighbors noticed how well your crew worked and the fine job that they did. As a result, nine of my neighbors have had new roofs put on by your team and some have also had siding and window replacements.
